摘要
我国财政教育支出问题是一个老问题,文献探讨的比较多的是财政教育支出的公平和效率问题。本文从20世纪90年代财政教育支出的数据出发,概括了我国财政教育支出的发展,通过我国财政教育支出与世界其他国家的比较以及我国地区之间的比较,分析得出我国财政教育支出的几个问题,并针对这些问题提出了财政教育支出的相关对策。
The fiscal educational expenditure problem is an old problem in China.Many literatures discuss the equity and efficiency of fiscal educational expenditure.Based on the data of fiscal educational expenditure in1990's,this paper sums up the development of fiscal educational expenditure in China.By comparing fiscal educational expenditure in China to that of the world and comparing it within different regions in China,the author points out several questions based on the analysis.Aiming at the question,this paper brings forward the relevant countermeasures of fiscal educational expenditure.
