摘要
虚拟研发中心是一种新型的R&D创新模式,其实质就是借助现代网络技术快速与其他研发机构建立起合作关系,完成研发活动。本文对虚拟研发中心的组成形式及合作模式做了研究和分析。
Virtual research and development center is a new kind of R&D innovation organization.In essence its function is to achieve research activities by establishing cooperation connection with other research organizations with the help of modern network.The paper studies the composition form and cooperation mode.
