对高校知识产权保护与管理的思考

Some Thoughts on Protection and Management of Intellectual Property Rights in Chinese Universities

目前,我国高校在知识产权的具体管理中,存在很多问题,有待研究并加以解决。本文分析了我国高校知识产权保护与管理中现存的主要问题及影响因素,在此基础上提出了我国高校知识产权保护及管理的看法。

At present,there are many problems in the management of intellectual property rights in Chinese universities.These problems are to be studied and solved.This paper analyses not only some chief problems that exist in intellectual property rights in Chinese universities,but also the influencing factors.Based on that,some countermeasures are brought forward about protection and management of intellectual property rights in Chinese university.
