摘要
21世纪企业竞争环境日益复杂、动荡,组织必须不断调整其内部结构以对付日益动态的竞争环境,传统组织中明确、固定的垂直边界和水平边界已不适应变化的需求,组织内部边界的渗透已成为必然趋势。
In the twenty-first century,the environment of enterprise competition will be more and more complex and uncertain.Organizations have to adjust its internal structure to the changing competitive environment.The clear vertical and horizontal boundaries in rigid hierarchical organization are unsuitable to the change,and the permeation of internal -boundaries in organization has been the inevitable tendency.
