电针合并氯硝西泮治疗焦虑症状群临床研究

A clinical study of electronic acup uncture and clonazepam in the trea tment of anxiety syndrome

目的 :探讨电针合并氯硝西泮治疗焦虑症状群的疗效。方法 :将具有焦虑症状的 71例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗 6周后评定比较两组疗效 ,并在治疗中和治疗前后采用HAMA量表评定比较治疗效果。结果 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,且起效快 ,用药量小 ,副作用轻微 ,对男性和女性患者的躯体性、精神性焦虑均有效。结论

Objective:To explore t he curative effect of electronic a cupuncture with clonazepam in the treatment of anxiety syndrome Meth ods:The 71 case patients with anxi ety syndrome were randomly divided into curative group and control gr oup,the curative effect of two gro ups was contrasted after 6 weeks,d uring treatment and before and aft er treatment the result was evalua ted by HAMA Result:The effect of curative group was more superior th an that of control group The curat ive group brought effect rapidly?u sed clonazepam less and side effec t of which was mild and there were effect on both mental and body anx ity of male and female patients Co nclusion:The clinical effect of electro nic with clonazepam in the treatment of anxiety syndrome is superior to that of the clonazepam monotherapy
