The reform of centralized registered permanent residence system brings opportunities for the solution of the present problems as well as th e original ones in China's demobilization placemen t. This paper analyses the back ground of the demobilization placement reform and puts forward a proposal of reform of se tting up a centralized demobilization placement sy stem and an effective way to deal with t his system.
