This artucke proves the importance of constrcucting teaching material of Chinese for cllege stud ents in three-year higher vocational education by making good use of priniples concerning gene ral and higher vocational education and of cu rricu lum and teaching material construcation. It also discusses how to orientate, select and edit such kind of teaching material by uniting with practice.
