称谓是一个复杂的语言系统 ,是传递信息的媒介 ,又是信息本身 ,具有开放性和变异性。它是言语交际的重要特征 ,是体现人际功能中言语交际参与者的角色关系 ,亲密程度及社会地位的重要因素。它在反映和影响交际双方的关系方面发挥着至关重要的作用。研究表明 ,一方面 ,称谓直接作用于参与者的亲密程度和社会地位的变化 ,另一方面 ,参与者的亲密程度和社会地位的变化反作用于称谓。恰如其分的称谓是言语交际的重要准则之一。
Address,a complex linguistic system,is both the media of information and the information itself,possessing the characteristics of opening and varying.It functions as the important effects of the realization of the participants'speech role,intimacy and social status.It acts as an important role in reflecting and affecting the relationship between the speaker and the addressee.Study has shown that address directly acts on the participants'intimacy and soclal status on one hand,the participants'intimacy and social status reacts on address on the other.The proper use of address is one of the most important principles of social communication.
