静压导轴是一种圆柱形液体静压导轨。介绍了由作者负责研制的,单个负载能力100kN以上的重载静压导轴结构工作原理及其各控制油腔供油量可以调节的定量供油式静压导轨系统和该系统的动力参数计算,以及在2m×2m液压振动工作台中成功应用4个新型静压导轴情况。

Hydrostatic guide spindle is a kind of cylindrical hydrostatic guideway.The paper presents the principle of structure for hydrostatic guide spindle with heavy load over 100 kN researched and made by us,and its hydrostatic guideway system of constant supply flow type with variable delivery in each control oil chambers and the computation of dynamic parameters for the system.Four new hydrostatic guide spindles are applied to 2 m×2 m working table with hydraulic virabator successfully.
