摘要
在球面的数控车削加工过程中,刀具长度补偿和刀尖半径补偿的正确与否对于保证球面的轮廓精度极为重要。用最小二乘法对球面进行拟合,计算出最佳的刀具长度补偿和刀尖半径补偿值,以保证球面轮廓精度达到精度要求。经车削试验验证,该方法取得了较好的效果。
In the spherical surface NC turning , the correct tool length compensation and tool nose radius compensation are significant to guarantee the precision of spherical surface.This paper presents the calculation of the correct tool length compensation value and tool nose radius compensation value by using least squares solution to fit sphere , to guarantee the precision of spherical surface. This method is proved to be effective through a turning test.
