穿刺钳取活检诊断乳腺肿块

Application of Puncture Protractor Biopsy for Diagnosis of Breast Mass

[目的]探讨一种自行设计用于定性诊断乳腺肿块的穿刺钳取活检新方法及其在应用中的优缺点和可行性。[方法]对80例患有乳腺肿块病人进行肿块取样时,在同一病人,首先使用穿刺钳取法取样活检,然后在其肿块经手术切除后,另行常规取样送检,以便将先后取材的两种样本检查结果进行对比,取得最后定性资料。[结果]在术前经穿刺钳取活检法处理的80例样本中,其病理检查结果诊断为恶性病变者41例,良性病变者39例。而在肿块手术切除后进行常规取样送检的80例中,诊断为恶性病变者45例,良性病变者35例,其总诊断符合率为95%(76/80)。[结论]应用穿刺钳取活检法诊断乳腺肿块,技术简便、安全、准确,切实可行。

To explore a self-designed procedure of puncture protractor biopsy for diagnosis of breast mass and evaluate its merits and defects and its feasibility.In collecting the samples of80patients with breast mass for diagnosing mass lesions,the puncture protractor biopsy method was used at first and the routine excision sampling method was also applied after the surgical excision of the mass so as to form a contrast between the pathological find-ings of two samples for the same patient.Among80patients with breast mass sampled with puncture biopsy,41samples were malignant and39proved benign,then in the80samples provided by routine excision after surgery,there were45malignant and35were benign,with a total diagnostic coincidence rate of95%(76/80).[Conclusion]In diagnosing breast mass,the procedure of puncture protractor biopsy is simple,accurate,safe and feasibility.
