本文介绍了银鱼的速冻加工工艺流程 ,目的是让人们对这一经济和营养价值较高的水产品有更进一步的了解 ,提高出口银鱼产品的加工质量 ,增强其在世界市场上的竞争力。
This paper discussed quick frozen silver fish processing technology in order to make people know better the aquatic product which has a high economic value and nutritional value, enhance the quality of our exported silver fish product,and strengthen its competitiveness in the world market
