摘要
采用一次烧成工艺制备了具有电容性和压敏性双功能TiO_2陶瓷。考察了Nb_2O_5施主掺杂对TiO_2压敏陶瓷的显微结构、介电性能和压敏性能的影响。结果表明:随Nb_2O_5掺杂量的增加,样品的晶粒粒径变大、晶界层变薄;压敏电压V_(1mA)减小、非线性系数α和介电常数ε增大。当Nb_2O_5掺杂量为2mol%时,TiO_2压敏陶瓷有较好的压敏特性:ε=22000、V_(1mA)=2.8V和α=3.8。
TiO2 capacitor - varistor ceramics are fabricated by single - fired process. Effects of Nb2O5 donor addition on the microstructure, dielectric and varistor properties of TiO2 double functional ceramics are investigated . The result shows that with an increase of Nb2O5 addition, grain diameter of Nb2O5 - doped samples increases, and that thickness of grain boundary layer decreases. Meanwhile, dielectric constant e and nonlinear index a increases, but breakdown voltage V1mA decreases. When Nb2O5 addition reaches 2.0mol%, TiO2 has better properties of e =22000, F1mA = 2.8V and α =3.8.
