摘要
针对房地产价格评估中市场比较法应用的难点问题——对区域因素和个别因素的修正,提出了用层次分析的方法进行区域因素和个别因素的定量比较和修正,进一步完善了市场比较法的应用。
Because of the difficulty in applying the market comparative method to assess the real estate - the correction of regional and individual factors. The level analysis method is put forward to quantitiatively compare and correct the regional and individual factors in order to perfect the market comparitive method.
