合作的主要作用是资源互补或提高资源配置的合理程度,但合作的最大价值却在于它为企业提供了超额收益的源泉。根据企业之间的合作的松紧程度,可把合作划分为极端紧密合作、极端松散合作、紧密型合作、松散型合作、介于紧密型与松散型之间的中间合作。极端紧密合作有兼并、收购,极端松散合作有市场,紧密型合作有股份公司和合资企业,松散型合作有虚拟组织,介于紧密型与松散型之间的中间合作有企业集团。一定程度上,任何合作都能创造超额收益,合作组织形态的选择要看企业自身和合作伙伴的具体情况而定。

To a certain degree, any cooperation can create excess gain for enterprises, so the enterprise' s choice for the organization of the cooperation depends on the concrete conditions of the enterprises and their partners.
