高原山区高速公路建设与生态环境的可持续发展——问题与对策探讨

Approach to Several Issues and Countermeasures on Sustainable Development of Highland Mountainous District——Expressway Construction and Ecological Environment During Western China Development

随着云南省高速公路建设的快速发展,其建设对周边生态环境破坏性作用已到了十分严重的程度,因此加强高速公路建设的生态保护措施势在必行。本文从侧面扼要探讨了高原山区高速公路建设与生态环境的可持续发展的有关政策、法律法规、费用定额、公路科学规划设计与生态、地理、自然及人文景观的合理利用问题。从各个方面结合公路建设运营所出现的问题进行探讨并提出相应对策。

Along with the rapid expressway construction development of Yunnan, the ecological environment has been senriously affected. So it is necessary that immediate measures should be taken to conserve the ecological environment of highway construction. the discussion on the relevant policies, legal provisions, cost quota and reasonable utilization of highway scientific planning and designing and ecology, geology, nature and humanistic scenery of sustainable development of expressway construction and ecological environment. From different aspects, the countermeasures for the issues on the expressway construction and operation have been put forward.
