The author holds that the following twenty years is an important strategic opportunity period both for China' s social development and for that of China's female education. Therefore, in this article, the author probes into the scientific basis in the strategic opportunity period of women' s education and suggests correctly understanding, seizing the right time to perfect women' s education with novel trend of thought.
