摘要
用无机强酸催化酯化反应 ,合成了聚乙烯醇 (PVA)与甘氨酸、丙氨酸的聚合物。对反应条件进行了考察 ,获得了具有高转化率、高纯度的最佳工艺条件。结果表明 :以DMSO为溶剂 ,PVA浓度在 3%以下 ,pH为 3~ 5 ,温度控制在 12 0℃~ 130℃ ,反应 10h~ 16h后 ,甘氨酸转化率达 4 4 .1% ,丙氨酸转化率达 33.9%。
The copolymers of poly(vinyl alcohol and amino acid) were synthesized by using inorganic acid as a catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were established as follows: solvent was DMSO, PVA concentration was <3%, pH was 3~5, reaction temperature was 120℃~130℃; reaction time was 10h~16h. Under the optimal conditions the yield of glycin was 44.1% and the yield of alanine was 33.9%.
