摘要
以氯代叔丁烷和异丁醛为原料 ,通过格氏试剂法合成了 2 ,2 ,4 三甲基 3 戊醇 ,研究了溶剂种类与用量、滴加时间、反应时间等因素对收率的影响及其规律 。
2,2,4-Trimethylpentan 3 ol were synthesized by the Grignard reaction from 2 chloro 2 methylpropane and isobutyraldehyde. The effects of the species and amount of solvents, dropping and reaction time were studied in particular. The optimum reaction conditions were presented.
