在碱性条件下 ,用氨基乙酸与二硫化碳、氯甲酸乙酯反应合成了异硫氰基乙酸乙酯 ,总收率为 4 8.5 4 %。
Isothiocyanatoacetate ester is synthesized by the reaction of aminoacetic acid with carbon disulfide and ethyl chloroformate in the presence of an alkali with the overall yield of 48.54%.
