丙烯酸甲酯—三乙二醇双丙烯酸酯悬浮聚合产物的制备及保水性研究

摘要 采用将丙烯酸甲酯与三乙二醇双丙烯酸酯组成的反应体系在分散剂存在下进行悬浮聚合 ,再用碱进行部分水解的方法 ,合成了一种具有高保水性能的聚合产物。变更交联剂用量和水解程度 ,产物的保水率可在 30 0~ 10 0 0倍范围内变化 ,维持量达到 70 0~ 85 0g/ g树脂。找到了最佳交联剂配比量为 0 5 %。 One polymer with good property of retained water has been synthesized in this research work.In the presence of dispersing agent,the methylacrylate and triethanediol bisacrylate was polymerized by suspension polymerization,which was then partially hydrolyzed with alkali.Changing the amount of crosslinking agent and the hydrolysis extent,the amount of retained water of product can vary in the range 300~1 000 times.The general amount of contained water can reach to 700~850g/g resin.It was found that the best acceptable supplement of crosslinking agents would be 0 5%.The relations between the water retaining capacities of the polymer and a part of influence factors are also studied.
