摘要 本文对有平面泄漏的法国PC2 5柴油机喷油器喷嘴端进行了有限元计算和分析 ,指出了渗漏的原因是预紧力及修理工艺达不到设计要求 ,给出了预紧力最低限值及修理工艺要求 ,计算了柴油机的可靠性指标 。 By means of the finite element method,the calculation and analysis have been made for the model PC2 5 engine's nozzles made in France,in which there are so leakages.The reason is that the primary tightened force and repair technique fall short of design need.The lowest limited value of the primary tightened force and the repair technique have been presented,and the reliablility enhancement of the diesel engine is achieved.
