摘要
以正常营养水平饲粮为对照,研究了在低营养水平饲粮中添加植酸酶(0,300g/t)、柠檬酸(0,0.5%)对肉鸡生产性能和钙、磷利用率的影响。试验用225只1日龄黄羽肉鸡随机分为5个处理,每处理3个重复,每重复15只鸡进行6周试验。结果为饲粮营养水平降低6%可导致肉鸡日增重(ADG)和饲料利用率下降(P<0.05);在低营养水平日粮中,添加300g/t植酸酶、0.5%柠檬酸的ADG和料肉比(F/G)与正常营养水平饲粮组差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理组的血清Ca,P,AKP活性及胫骨Ca,P差异不显著(P>0.05);腿病发生率各处理组差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加300g/t植酸酶、0.5%柠檬酸的处理组P排泄量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。植酸酶与柠檬酸合用能进一步提高生产性能和钙、磷利用率,能达到正常营养水平饲粮的效果。植酸酶与柠檬酸合用存在协同效应。
A trial was conducted to study the effects of enrichment of lower density diet with phytase (0 or 300 g/t) and/or citric acid (0 or 0.5%) on the performance and their utilization of Ca and P. Two hundred and twenty-five one-day-old broilers were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 3 replicates. The results showed that compared with the normal diet group, the feed conversion and average daily gain (ADG) of the broilers in the low-density diet groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Addition of phytase at the rate of 300 g/t (2 500 FYT/g) or citric acid (0.5%) to the low-density diet increased feed conversion and ADG to such an extent that no significant difference existed between the treatment groups and the control (P>0.05). Phytase or citric acid treatment had no effects on serum Ca, P and AKP or on tibia Ca and P (P>0.05), but decreased P excretion significantly (P<0.05). Supplementation both phytase and citric acid further improved the performance of the broilers and their utilization of Ca and P in the diet, thus demonstrating a significant synergetic effect.
