满天星切花贮藏保鲜技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 在低温条件下,以小花开放率10%~15%的满天星切花为试材,采取湿藏和干藏2种方式,结合预冷和保鲜剂处理,对切花贮藏时间和方式进行了研究。试验结果表明,满天星切花提前采收是可行的,其有效的贮藏保鲜措施应是低温条件下结合保鲜液处理的湿藏。15d内贮藏,可将切花置预处液中预冷后再于清水中贮藏;20d内贮藏,可将切花置预处液中预冷后再于保鲜液中贮藏。 Cut flowers of Gypsophila paniculata with a blooming rate of 10%~15% were stored in dry or wet conditions under low temperature and subjected to pre-cooling or preservative treatment. The results indicated the feasibility of harvesting G. paniculata cur flowers on an earlier date. The most effective measures were wet storage at low temperature combined with preservative treatment. It is advisable to pre-cool the flowers in preservative liquid before storage in water if they are to be stored for 15 days and to pre-cool the flowers in a pre-treatment solution before storage in preservative liquid if they are to be stored for 20 days.
