Charging Software Download System Based on JNLP

介绍了JNLP协议及其应用背景，讨论了基于Web Services基础设施开发系统的关键技术，给出了收费软件下载系统Web服务的实现方案。
In this paper, the JNLP and its background of application are introduced. The paper discusses the critical technology of system development based on Web Services infrastructure. Then It gives a detailed implementation of charging software download system as a Web service.
