摘要
首先介绍和分析了当前Internet的传输特性，然后根据特性情况提出了解决问题的关键技术，最后具体介绍了一个基于Linux平台的语音传输工具,并且采用RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) 议为它的传输协议。
The paper introduces and analyzes the behavior of Internet traffic, and then according to the behaviors,it proposes key technologies to solve the problems. At last,it introduces a speech transmission tool that has been implemented under Linux in detail, and it adopts RTP as its transport protocol.
