摘要
在9SiCr钢表面通过涂敷Cr-WC粉末,激光合金化后,可以获得含Cr、W较基体高的合金化表层。合金化表层由激光合金化区及相变硬化区组成。通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜能谱、透射电镜、x射线衍射研究了合金化层的组织形貌、成份及相结构。该合金化层比基体具有良好的红硬性及较高的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性。
When Cr-WC powder coatings are applied to 9SiCr steel then alloyed surface with high Cr and W Can be obtianed by laser surface alloying.This alloyed layer consistes of both alloyed and transformed hardened area. The phase composition has been studied in detial by means of TEM, SEM, EDS, x-ray diffractometer and metallurgraphic microscope. This alloyed surface has better red-hardness, higher wear and corrosion resistance than that of the matrix.
