摘要 精益制造是当前最具影响的管理思想之一,在实施的时候通常有3种控制策略可以选择.如何选择恰当的控制策略,是当前实施精益制造的一个难点问题.在定性分析3种策略优劣的基础上,通过构造3种控制策略的通用模型和特征函数,并采用遗传算法结合仿真的方法进行求解,得出混合控制策略优于其他的控制策略的结论. There are three control policies, namely Kanban, CONWIP (constant work in process) and hybrid controls, for lean manufacture that is one of the dominant concepts of management. A difficulty in practice of lean manufacture is how to select the control policy, and it is the concern of this study. Based on the quantitative analysis of the tree control policies, a general model and eigenfunctions are derived for lean manufacture systems. The general model is solved with genetic algorithm and simulation. The comparison of the three control strategies shows that the hybrid control strategy is superior to the others.
