摘要
研究了以PVA为稳定剂的聚丙烯旋转成型浆液用料配方各组分对浆液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,随着浆液PP浓度的增大,浆液的稳定性也相应地增大。稳定剂的浓度越高,浆液的稳定性也明显增高。浆液的配方用量以稳定剂的质量分数为3%,浆液的PP的质量分数在20%~25%之间为宜。
The effects of the variations of the ingredients of the aqueous slurry using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as a stabilizer on the stability of the PVA aqueous slurry for the rotational moulding of polypropylene have been investigated. Experimental results showed that the increase of the PP concentration could significantly raise the stability of the PVA aqueous slurry and the higher the adding level of the stabilizer, the greater the stability of the aqueous slurry. Optimum compounds of the slurry can be obtained by using adding level of PVA 3% and the concentration of PP at the range of 20%-25%.
