摘要
采用PZT传感器在钢管中激励并接收超声导波,研究导波在管道中传播时的反射、透射现象。实验表明,利用斜探头可以在管道中激励和接收超声导波并可对管道中的缺陷进行检测。利用斜探头激励出的超声导波,具有环绕圆管传播的传播形式,该导波与缺陷相互作用而产生缺陷回波;当斜探头偏离缺陷所在母线成某一角度时,接收探头可接收到该缺陷的最大回波信号。
PZT transducers have been used to excite and receive ultrasonic guided waves in steel pipes. The reflect and transmission rules of guided waves are researched. The results are shown that ultrasonic guided waves can be generated by angle probe and can be used to inspect the flaws in the pipes. Here the non-flaw pipe and the pipe with artificial flaws are inspected respectively. The ultrasonic beam wraps around the inspected pipe and the maximum reflection signals are obtained when the angle probe deviates from the straight line where the. flaws are.
