摘要
根据轴对称涡流电磁场有限元计算的基本原理,开发了有限元分析软件,计算了不同渗碳层深度时涡流检测线圈的感应电压。结果表明,检测线圈感应电压与渗碳层深度之间有很好的对应关系,感应电压的计算结果与实测结果相吻合。
An analysis software is developed based on the theory of finite element calculation in an axis-symmetric eddy current electromagnetic field. Induction voltage values of the eddy current testing coil with different carburized depths are calculated. Results show that there exists a perfect corresponding relationship between the induction voltage and the carburized depth. The experimental results of the induction voltage values are well matched with the theoretical ones.
