摘要
根据平面包络环面蜗杆的形成原理,研究了平面包络环面蜗杆螺旋面的结构对称性,导出了齿面坐标关系。平面包络环面蜗杆的这种结构对于平面包络环面蜗杆两啮合齿面(即螺旋面)数控磨削加工起刀点的自动确定具有重要作用。应用上述对称性对平面包络环面蜗杆的数控磨削进行了仿真研究,结果表明了对称性研究结论和利用对称性确定数控磨削起刀点的方法正确可行。这种方法对于其他形式的蜗杆传动的数控加工具有一定的借鉴意义。
In terms of the formation principle of plane-enveloping Toroid worms, the engaging surface symmetry in plane-enveloping Toroid worms is studied. The coordinate relationship between two engaging surfaces, which is important for decision of the original cutting points in grinding process of NC (Numerical Control) machines, is established. NC grinding of the Toroid worm is simulated using AutoCAD2000 as a workbench. Simulation results indicate that the conclusion of symmetry research and the method to determine the original cutting points are correct. This study can also be used as a reference to the NC machining of other types of worms.
