摘要
分析了利用22kW直流电机拖动风机的工作情况,介绍了利用单管IGBT作为大功率开关元件构成的风机电机恒流调速系统。分析了直流PWM信号控制及其驱动电路的工作原理,对IGBT过压吸收电路、过流保护电路及其参数设计等进行了详细讨论,并给出了直流电压大范围波动情况下的恒流调速实验结果。
The working state of a 22 kW DC motor to drive an air-blower is analyzed. A constant speed regulating system using a single IGBT as a high-power switch component is introduced. The DC PWM signal control and its principle to drive a circuit are analyzed. The over-voltage protection circuit, over-current protection circuit and their parameters are discussed. Results of constant current speed regulating experiment in a large voltage range are given.
