Research on Steady Control of Governmentin Reform of State-owned Enterprises

通过对影响政府在国企改革中的稳定控制要素———国企改革稳定控制的改革战略目标的制定、稳定控制的组织建构、信息的收集与处理,改革方案的论证与决策等研究,同时引用了博弈理论模型分析了完全信息情况下的改革博弈风险和稳定控制的关系,提出了国企改革稳定控制过程的政策和策略导向。

Several factors that may affect the steady control of state-owned enterprises are discussed, including reform strategic goals, organization construction, information collecting and processing and reform project assessment. Relationship between reform game risk and steady control is analyzed using game theory. Strategies of the steady control government in state-owned enterprises are presented.
