根据聚酯及其纤维工程的建设性质、规模,科学地选择实施方式,对于新建大中型项目,通常要采取由一家工程公司总承包的方式;对于改扩建项目,采取分项承包方式较为适宜。

According to the building feature and its scale of polyester and fibre engineering ,implement methods are selected scientifically.For the big new build project ,the method of general contracting by one engineering company is used while for the extension project, the method of separately contracting is suitable.
