摘要
本文以铲斗铲装过程中的铲土功作为铲斗优劣的评价指标,分析了斗张角为坡度角、斗底圆弧半径为零时的三角形铲斗为理论最佳斗形。并分析了两线一弧斗形在最小铲土功原则下,最佳参数的选择方法。
In this paper, the properties of loader shovels are appraised by spading soil work as its merit, and the geometrical shovel shape is analyzed. It is suggested that the opening angle of shovels should be equal to the slope angle of soil,and the triangular shovel shape with zero curvature radius at bottom could be the optimal geometrical shovel shape theoretically. With the minimum spading soil work, the optimal parameters of shovel composed of two-line and one-arc are analyzed and selected.
