摘要
采用Fe3 Si基合金在 60 0~ 1 0 0 0℃以 0 0 0 1~ 1 0s-1 形变速率压缩到真应变 2 0 0 %左右立即由冰水冷却 ,利用真应变—真应力曲线、普通光学显微镜研究Fe3 Si基合金热形变的动态再结晶机制。试验结果表明 :该合金在Z参数位于一定区间时发生了动态再结晶 ,但再结晶进行得不完全 。
The Fe 3Si based alloy was compressed to ture strain of 2 0 strain rate of 0 001~10s -1 and temperatures of 600~1000 ℃ and then quenched into ice water. The dynamic recrystallization mechanism of the alloy was studied by optical microscope. The microstructures and the true stress true strain curves indicate that the dynamic recrystallization occurred while the parameter Z is within a certain range, but the recrystallization is not fully developed. While the value of parameter Z is not within this range, only dynamic restoration occurred.
