摘要
采用液态搅拌法在低温下制备CuO Al反应自生Al2 O3 增强金属基复合材料并研究了它的力学性能。结果表明 :CuO Al反应自生复合材料中自生增强颗粒的尺寸细小 (<1 μm)、分布均匀 ,复合材料具有较高的抗拉强度 (2 97MPa) ,较基体 (1 95MPa)提高 53 %。硬度达 1 36HB ,提高近 1倍。
The liquid stirring method was used to fabricate the CuO/Al in\|situ reaction composites under the low temperature. The mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that the size of in situ reinforced particles is fine (<1μm) and well distributed. CuO/Al in situ reaction composites have a higher tensile strength (297MPa), which is 53% higher than that of the matrix (195MPa), and its hardness can reach 136HB, which is two times of the matrix.
