研究了电场时效处理中电场强度对 2 0 2 4铝合金的微屈服强度和微变形行为的影响。结果表明 ,适当的电场时效工艺可有效的提高 2 0 2 4铝合金的微屈服强度 ,而且提高了合金微变形阶段的应变指数 ,可作为 2 0 2
The influence of electric filed intensity during the process of aging in electric field on the microyield strength and micro\|plastic deformation behavior of 2024 aluminum alloy was studied. The results indicate that the micoyield strength and the strain exponent in the micro\|plastic deformation stage of the alloy are greatly increased by the appropriate procedure of aging in electric field. This technology can be used as a new method for improving the dimensional stability of 2024 aluminum alloy.
