CMM认证是软件企业走向标准化,提高竞争力的行之有效的途径。但仅有CMM是是不够的,必须与PSP相结合。PSP是一种可用于控制、管理和改进个人工作方式的持续自我改善过程,是一个包括软件开发表格、指南和规程的结构化框架。推广PSP需要以认真的实践为基础,并努力总结亲身经历的经验和教训。
The Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for software is an effective approach to software enterprise to achieve standardize and competition ability. Only CMM is not enough; it must be combine with PSP. The PSP process consists of a set of methods, forms, and scripts that show software engineers how to plan, measure, and manage their work. Generalizing PSP demands the earnest fulfillment and the summary of personal experience.
