现代篮球训练,必须注重运动队和运动员的竞技能力全面提高,增加负荷的强度,改变训练周期,注意负荷后的恢复,十分重视心理训练,这是现代篮球运动训练的主要特征。
In modern basketball training the athletic abilities of sportsmen and sports teams should be increased in an all -round way, the intensity of athletic load should be emphasized and the training cycle has been changed.
