On the Regularization of Borrowed Foreign Words

汉语中的外来词语呈现泛滥的态势,在具体运用中存在着不少问题。主要原因是受到西方和港、澳、台地区的影响。应遵循柔性规范原则,从译借方式和所指类型两个方面做好外来词语的规范工作,从而促进祖国语言文字的规范化。

There appears abused use of foreign words that brings many problems,influenced by the western countries and Hongkong and Macao.To use the foreign words,we must obey the rules to borrow and regularize them so as to purify Chinese language.
