摘要
本文就国家工作人员利用职务而实行的犯罪所表现的心理状态及其成因进行分析,从而为突破职务犯罪的心理防线提供对策。
This paper makes analysis on the government officers' psychology of professional crime and its causes.It gives warning to the officers by means of psychology.
