以薏米和茶叶为主要原料,研究了其有效成分的提取工艺。提取液经浓缩,再配以其它辅料,加工制成有特殊风味的薏米奶茶固体饮料。
The extraction of effective ingredients from Job-stears seed and black tea were studied, the concentrated extract was mixed with milk powder icing sugar etc to prepare beverage powder containing pleasant flavor.
