摘要
利用超临界二氧化碳萃取核桃油,研究了不同原料处理方式对萃取率的影响,并利用正交实验法确定了超临界二氧化碳萃取核桃油的最佳工艺条件,即萃取压力30MPa,40℃,CO_2流量20l/h,时间2h;产品符合国家食用油标准。
walnut oil was extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide, different crush methods of walnut were compared. The optimal operate condition was also concluded with orthogonal-experiment , that is 30 MPa, 40℃ , CO 2 flow rate: 20l/h, time: 2h the product was meet GB5492-85.
