我国农业机械化发展的问题与对策

The Problems and Strategies in the Development of Agricultural Machanization in Our Country

本文就农业发展对农机化的要求,分析了当前农机化过程中存在的农机使用效率低、浪费大,新型机具的开发不能适应农业发展的需要,以及对农机化的狭隘认识等问题,提出了发展农机化应做好农机化结构调整,加强农机科教工作,大力开展农机社会化服务,抓好农机监理,扩大农机化对外交流与合作,强化农机化信息体系建设,充分发挥农机在农村经济发展中的作用,实现“十五”农业发展等相关对策。

According to the demands of developing agro-machinery in agriculture at all level,the thesis analyzes that the current agro-machinery have in efficient and wasteful in use and the development of farm implements with new pattern cannot meet the requirements of the agricultural progress,as well as the people have the narrow cognitions for agro-machinery.It puts forward that it should be well done to adjust the structure of realizing the machanization of agriculture,to improve the scientific education of agri-machinery,to promote the social service of agro-machinery,to super-vise agro-nachinery well,to enlarge communication and cooperation in outside world,to strengthen the construction for information system of agro-machinery,to bring the agro-machinery into full play in the development of the rural economy and to achieve an entire requirement in the″The10 th Five Years Plan″in our country for agricultural developnent.TheProble
