摘要
企业核心能力的测度方法日益受到企业管理理论界与实践界的关注。该文在述评已有识别企业核心能力方法基础上 ,基于“核心能力”、“企业资源”、“企业行产”间的内在关系 ,循着核心能力产生和发展的逻辑途径对其进行层次和维度分析 ,拟定了一种能够直观地辨识核心能力细节的方法。并举实例说明如何应用该方法辨识企业的核心能力。
The method for evaluating core competence of corporation has been widely concern ed by management theorists and practitioners.Based on simply reviewing methods f or evaluating core competence of corporation and the relations between core comp etence and firm resource and firm action,and the core competence is analysed hie rarchically according to the logical way of its forming processes,a method is co nstructed that evaluates the minute of core competence.In addition,an example is provided for explaining how to use the way to know core competence.
