摘要
作为珠海市的3个行政辖区之一,金湾区巨大的发展潜力与其薄弱的经济实力形成鲜明的对比。文中运用SWOT分析,确定了金湾区优势突出的功能定位和产业体系发展方向。认为金湾区应走"大分散、小集中"的城市化道路,并选择理想区位规划建设中心城区;要加大基础设施和生态建设的投资力度,并合理发挥政府在经济起步阶段的引导作用。
As a new district under the administration of Zhuhai City, Jinwan has a lot of development potentials, but its economy is small in scale. A competitive function of Jinwan is designed by using the method of SWOT analysis and the trends of its industrial system are pointed out. Some advices to support the economic development of Jinwan are given, such as following the rule of urbanization of 'large discentralization and small centralization', constructing a central town on an ideal location, making more investment in the projects of infrastructure, improving the ecological environment and giving play to local governments in economic development.
