摘要 微卫星标记或称简单序列重复 ,它是由 1~ 6个核苷酸为重复单位组成的串联重复序列 ,相同座位上的重复序列由于重复次数的不同而造成序列长度的多态性。综述了微卫星标记的类型、特点及其在遗传图谱构建、品种鉴定、种质资源保存和利用、遗传多样性分析。 Microsatellite markers or simple sequence repeats consist of tandemly arrayed di-, tri-, and tetra-nucleotides. Polymorphism of sequence length is usually the result of variable numbers of repeat units. In this article the types, characteristics and application of SSRs in genetic map construction, variety identification, germplasm conservation, genetic diversity analysis, marker-assisted selection, and utilization of hybrid heterosis are reviewed.
