摘要
以环保型氧化剂过醋酸为主剂,对纯棉织物实施退、煮、漂-浴-步短流程前处理工艺的研究,系统地探讨了pH、温度、浓度、时间等参数对处理效果的影响,利用正交实验法确定了pH=7、80℃、10g/L、3h的处理条件,可获得满足要求的前处理效果。
Using environment-friendly oxidant ?peracetic acid as main component, we deal with combining desizing, scouring and bleaching into one bath one step shortened pretreatment of pure cotton fabric. The effect of such factors as pH, temperature, concentration and time on the result of this process is discussed in system.
